Micro-light Flying, Archery, Sailing, Quad-biking, Gliding & Clay Pigeon Shooting
Area Organiser – Russell Pinder
In 2008 Russ came along to our events, liked what he saw and did, and wanted to get more involved. So last year he started to get a programme together and e’ll be building on that base by adding sailing, quad-biking and gliding to the micro-light flying, shooting and archery.
Following the fantastic success of our ‘pilot programme’ [sorry – bad pun] in 2010, we are delighted that we’re again working with Enstone Microlights part of the Enstone Flying Club – a really enthusiastic posse of people.
Using a Flexwing two-seater Pegasus Quantum or GT 450 aircraft powered by Rotax four stroke engines, we’ll take to the skies. These open cockpit aircraft allow easier access.
Phil and Andy operate from Enstone Airfield in Chipping Norton, Oxford and are making flying for people with disabilities a reality. That’s what we call an Experience!
We’re also delighted to be working again with Sally, Robin and John from Greenfield Entertainment, at Common Leys Farm, Waterperry Common, Oxfordshire, OX33 1LQ for our days of archery and clay pigeon shooting.
Please note if using sat nav put in Worminghall or postcode HP18 9UP and follow signs to Greenfield Entertainment
We are also negotiating for sailing, quad biking and gliding in this region. So watch this space!.
