Skydiving

We are delighted to announce a brand new event to the Sportability calendar – Indoor Skydiving. We’re working with iFLY a really enthusiastic posse of people. They have facilities in Basingstoke, Milton Keynes and Manchester, and there we will introduce you to the thrills and excitement of skydiving.

Here’s what they say, “Yes, you really can fly! iFLY is where those dreams of flight become a reality. Get ready to be suspended in our column of air which totally reproduces the feeling of freefall. Super safe, super fun and super cool!”

iFLY operate from custom built facilities and pride of place is a 14ft (4.3m) diameter, super-smooth, super-fast and super-cool wind tunnel.  At wind speeds of up to 165 miles per hour this jets you off the floor and suspends you airborne. It is literally a ‘blast’.

We’ll be featuring some taster flights for our people. You might only be flying for a few minutes, but it will make you feel sky high.
