To make the activities more accessible we have developed regions around the country. Each region will have its own Area Organiser, who will try to optimise the various sports that are available within that particular region.

Moreover we are finding that there is a growing group ethos, with participants getting to know one another, exchanging ideas, information and the inevitable banter –  adding a social dimension to the activities.

Of course everyone is able to participate in any region no matter where they reside. This is particularly useful if you are visiting friends or relatives in another part of the country or you are travelling on holiday or business. You are welcome to attend any of the events any where.

If you’d like to suggest activities for your own area then please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Better still: If you’d like to get involved as an Area Organiser, then please give us a call, or drop us an e-mail via the Contact Us page.

The main Sportability regions are: East Midlands, West Midlands, Bristol & Glos., East Anglia, Dorset & Hants, Surrey, the Northwest (Liverpool/Manchester) Kent & East Sussex and Oxfordshire.

We’re delighted to say that in 2012 we added North Midlands  – an area that includes the Sheffield/Rotherham/Worksop/Chesterfield loop; and Essex – that includes E. London and Herts.

Areas under current review are: South Yorkshire and the Herts/Beds/Bucks regions.  For information, or suggestions, on the latest developments and plans for new regions in other parts of the country please contact on 0208 959 0089.

The march of Sportability goes inexorably on.  The objective: To provide more sport for more people. To paraphrase: If you can get to it. Just do it!
