Indoor Air Pistol and Rifle Shooting @ Northampton

We are thrilled to announce some great shooting at a new venue – the On Target Range in Northampton. Gordon and Mike, the enthusiastic owners, are waiting to welcome You!

Just a short drive from Junction 15 off the M1, this purpose-built range boasts 7 shooting lanes: 5 at 25yds for rifle: and 2 at 10 metres for pistol use. All lanes are well lit and serviced by a ‘fly by wire’ target system. This means it sends and returns your target at the press of a button in a few seconds.

The Event:  You will have a chance to try both pistol and rifle shooting and the “Rangers” will be there making sure everyone has a safe and enjoyable shoot.

It’s a great introduction to a great sport. And don’t worry if you have never held a gun in your hands before, you’ll be amazed at what you might achieve. It is always a day of fun and discovery. It’s not about being an expert – absolute beginners or never-evers all welcomed.

The Cafe: Is where we’ll meet and greet and get a short briefing. They offer a simple selection of hot & cold drinks, as well as a selection of tasty snacks.

The plan is to meet at 11.30am for a prompt 12.00pm start ending around 1.00pm.

The On Target facility is accessible throughout, including fully equipped accessible toilets, and they have plenty of parking spaces for us right outside the entrance!
