We are delighted to announce we are back with some exciting Indoor Skydiving, with the crew at iFLY World in Milton Keynes.

They are a really enthusiastic posse of people – who will introduce you to the thrills and excitement of skydiving on the 25th November.

Event Details:

iFLY Milton Keynes is situated at Xscape, directly adjacent to the main Milton Keynes shopping centre. Their wind tunnel was the first of its kind in the UK and introduced the wonders of indoor skydiving to Britain! With a 12ft (3.66m) diameter, super-smooth, super-fast and super-cool wind tunnel, which jets you off the floor at wind speeds reaching 165 mph and suspends you airborne. It is literally a ‘blast’.

We’ve agreed some taster flights for our people. You might only be flying for a few minutes, but it will make you feel sky high.

That’s what we call an Experience!

Flying suits and helmets will be provided and there are no particular dress requirements, except trainers or soft laced up shoes are the necessary footwear; and anyone with long hair should have the means to tie it back.

We will meet promptly at 11.30 am.

The centre is fully wheelchair accessible and there is a lift to the flying floor. Access to the waiting room is also wheelchair accessible BUT the entrance to the wind tunnel is narrow. Don’t worry! Assistance will be on hand for those that need it.

And when booking please provide the following information which helps with the smooth running of the event. Are you in a wheelchair? Can you weight bear and do a standing transfer?

Important Notice: The following conditions are advised by iFLY and apply to all participants. Persons flying should never have had a dislocated shoulder, and not suffer with epilepsy. There is a weight limit of maximum 18 stone (114kg).

The sport will be restricted solely to people within our remit i.e., with some form of paralysis. But, as ever, friends and family are very welcome to come along and watch the fun!
