Friends, Amigos, Amici,
We are delighted to announce another visit to our newest Quad-biking Event when Alex and his team at Quadrenalin will again welcome us. At just 4 miles south east of Milton Keynes and 3 minutes from the A5. their spectacular set-up is at the Quad Biking Centre, Great Firs, Little Brickhill Lane, Great Brickhill, Milton Keynes MK17 9AY on Wednesday 4th September.
We’ll meet at 11.00am for an 11.30am start. There’s the usual briefing and then kit up for the quad-biking session. There are a couple of gentle circuits for everyone to get familiar with the equipment. So please note : absolute beginners or never-evers all welcomed!
SOMETHING NEW DIFFERENT AND EXCITING. Then it’s off onto the Quadrenalin Quad Bike course with everything to deliver an exhilarating quad experience. The main course is a mile and half, of rough track up,down and around the hillsides. But cleverly Alex and the crew have constructed some off-track sections of humps, bumps and water hazards to add to the challenge, the excitement and the experience. So whatever, the weather you are guaranteed a great ride over varied terrain.
There’s also a smaller technical circuit of twists and turns to test your skills. For safety reasons it will of course be up to the instructors to determine the actual route and the hazards you’ll conquer, but it will be fun. Don’t worry if you have never seen a quad bike before, just be ready to be amazed at what you can achieve. Quadrenalin have fully qualified, friendly instructors on hand to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time.
You are on a working farm, so it is pretty “rustic” and there are no catering facilities on site, but picnic space is available if you bring your own refreshments.
Note: There’s a very basic portaloo at the site but this is NOT wheelchair accessible. However, there’s a Shell Service Station at Kelly’s Kitchen roundabout just 2.5 miles north of Quadrenalin on the A5, and there’s a McDonalds there, with an accessible toilet.
So get booking! And remember that with Sportability anyone within our remit can participate free of charge.
