Indoor Skydiving at 02 London with iFLY

We are delighted to announce another exciting Indoor Skydiving event with the crew at iFLY at the O2 Arena in London.

This really enthusiastic posse of people will, once again, introduce you to the thrills and excitement of skydiving on the 2nd December.

Here’s what they say, “Yes, you really can fly! iFLY is where those dreams of flight become a reality. Get ready to be suspended in our column of air which totally reproduces the feeling of free-fall. Super safe, super fun and super cool!”

Event Details: iFLY London is situated at the iconic O2 Arena. This is a brand new, super-smooth, super-fast and super-cool wind tunnel, which jets you off the floor at wind speeds reaching 165 mph and suspends you airborne. It is literally a ‘blast’.

We’ve organised some taster flights for our people. You might only be flying for a few minutes, but it will make you feel sky high.

That’s what we call an Experience!

Flying suits and helmets will be provided and there are no particular dress requirements, except trainers or soft laced up shoes are the necessary footwear; and anyone with long hair should have the means to tie it back.

We will meet promptly at 11.30 am.

The centre is fully wheelchair accessible and there is an accessible loo at the iFly ground floor reception area and another on the flight level. There’s a lift to the flying floor. Access to the waiting room is also wheelchair accessible. The entrance to the wind tunnel is narrow, but don’t worry! Assistance will be on hand for those that need it.

So we’ll be seeing you in the reception at: iFLY Indoor Skydiving, The O2, Peninsula Square, London SE10 0DX.

The most convenient parking is Car Park 3, then aim for the main entrance – allowing time to go through security. Then a sharp right along Lower level, past Indigo continue along The Avenue to iFly on your right.

Important Notice The following conditions are advised by iFLY and apply to all participants. Persons flying should never have had a dislocated shoulder, and not suffer with epilepsy. There is a weight limit of maximum 18 stone (114kg).

The sport will be restricted solely to people within our remit i.e., with some form of paralysis. But, as ever, friends and family are very welcome to come along and watch the fun!

And when booking please provide the following information which helps with the smooth running of the event. Are you in a wheelchair? Can you weight bear and do a standing transfer?
